The current project is an experiment with GenAI and PredAI, that is being conducted in a remote village in eastern Zambia, Africa, in collaboration with our program partner of choice, Cross International. Cross has trained and provided 20 village women with sewing machines and startup support to develop a commercial sewing business. What started with serving the children of families at three local schools quickly grew to 22 schools, and is still growing! AI-powered insights and tools will be used to optimize business operations and scale their success.
The vision is to continue to expand locally, and to provide unique, custom clothing to international markets, with the help of AI.

The key hypotheses being tested include:
- AI can significantly increase villagers’ net income.
- AI can increase health and well-being.
- AI can enhance knowledge and skills, including tradecraft and education.
Through cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, we will address challenges not only in income generation, but also education, healthcare, and agricultural development. Our mission aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on scalable and sustainable solutions that promote economic independence and community growth.
